I had frozen shoulder for 6 months, then it spread to the other shoulder. I couldn’t lift, sleep or get dressed without severe discomfort.

I couldn’t put my arms through a jacket most of the winter.  I tried a bit of physical therapy, but decided that working with Clare and her therapeutic massage got me to recover the use of my arms again.

Clare gave me personal attention and really worked with me to get comfort and relief from pain permanently.  Her location is fantastic as well with easy on and off 294 which was great for me coming from the western suburbs.

Clare is an excellent practitioner.  I myself am a massage therapist and am very particular about who I get treatments from.  Clare is always my first choice!

She is very versatile and can go from gentle and relaxing to deep and therapeutic, depending on my needs.

Her sessions are a blend of many techniques from Eastern to Western modalities and I always leave feeling wonderful…stress-free and pain-free and floating on a cloud!  Definitely recommend her!!

Clare and I first met as coworkers over fifteen years ago. When she asked me if I wanted a Thai Massage, I had no idea what it was, but I trusted her.

Clare is caring, intuitive and extremely knowledgeable in physiology and the causes of pain. The perfect blend of East and West healing. The session was both relaxing and nurturing and she even suggested some stretches and exercises to help insure that my newly loosened up muscles stay that way.
